Commercial roofing — TPOTPO. Proven performance. Durable. Energy efficient.
DLC has been installing and servicing TPO systems across Wyoming since the early days of single-ply roofing.
What is TPO?
TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) has become one of the most popular commercial roofing membranes in North America because it combines affordability with many of the advantages of premium thermoplastic roofing.
Like PVC, TPO uses heat-welded seams that create a continuous waterproof membrane without relying on adhesives or tapes. It also reflects solar heat well, helping improve energy efficiency on many buildings.
Early generations of TPO experienced inconsistent performance because manufacturers used widely different formulations. As the industry matured, premium manufacturers significantly improved product quality, resulting in much better long-term performance.
Today, not all TPO membranes are created equal. Dave Loden Construction recommends only premium systems from trusted manufacturers such as Carlisle, where formulation and quality control meet our standards.
