Not every roof problem requires replacement. DLC can inspect your existing roof, document its condition, identify areas of concern, and provide a straightforward assessment of what we find.

Following the inspection, you'll receive a roof condition report that grades the roof and provides prioritized recommendations.

Your report may recommend:

The roof is performing as expected. Continue routine inspections and maintenance.

REPAIR
Specific deficiencies should be corrected to prevent additional damage.

RESTORE

When conditions don't allow for an immediate permanent repair, our team can make the roof safe and watertight with a temporary repair and return to complete the permanent repair when conditions allow.
