Commercial roofing — PVC

PVC. Built for demanding roofs. Chemical resistant. Exceptional performance.

DLC has been installing and servicing PVC systems across Wyoming since 1985.

What is PVC?

PVC and KEE membranes are among the highest-performing thermoplastic roofing systems available today.

PVC is naturally resistant to many chemicals, grease, and contaminants, making it especially popular for restaurants, manufacturing facilities, and buildings with rooftop mechanical equipment.

Like any roofing product, performance depends heavily on the quality of the formulation. Early generations of PVC experienced issues with plasticizer migration and brittleness, but today's premium manufacturers have largely solved these concerns through improved engineering and manufacturing.

Dave Loden Construction recommends premium PVC systems from Carlisle, Tremco, and Fiber Tite, all of which offer warranties up to 30 years.
