Commercial roofing — epdmEPDM. Simple. Proven. Reliable. Flexible. Built for extreme conditions.
DLC has been installing and servicing EPDM systems across Wyoming since the early days of single-ply roofing.
What is EPDM?
EPDM is a synthetic rubber roofing membrane that has been successfully protecting commercial buildings for decades. Its greatest strength is flexibility. Unlike more rigid roofing materials, EPDM remains pliable throughout its life, allowing it to absorb building movement and resist hail damage exceptionally well.
Unlike thermoplastic membranes, however, EPDM seams are joined with specialized adhesives or seam tapes rather than heat welding. Modern seam tape technology has greatly improved seam performance, but these systems still rely on adhesive integrity rather than a fused weld.
Dave Loden Construction installs Carlisle EPDM roofing systems because of their proven long-term reliability.
