SINGLE-PLY MEMBRANETPO — Thermoplastic Polyolefin
If your priority is getting the best value from your roofing investment, TPO is worth considering. Modern TPO roofing systems provide an excellent balance of performance, energy efficiency, and affordability, making them one of the most widely installed commercial roofing systems in North America.
Like PVC, TPO uses heat-welded seams that fuse individual sheets into one continuous waterproof membrane. Because the seams are welded rather than glued, they provide outstanding long-term resistance to leaks. TPO's highly reflective surface can also reduce rooftop temperatures and improve energy efficiency in many climates.
Not all TPO roofing systems perform the same. Early versions of TPO earned a mixed reputation because manufacturers used significantly different formulations. Today, premium manufacturers have refined those formulations, producing roofing systems with far greater durability and consistency.
At Dave Loden Construction, we install only premium TPO systems from manufacturers we trust, such as Carlisle. We believe product quality matters just as much as proper installation, which is why we recommend roofing systems that have demonstrated long-term performance—not simply the lowest price.

In-house CNC fabricationSheet metal fabrication
Most roofing contractors source their sheet metal flashing from a third party. DLC has its own CNC-controlled sheet metal folder and full fabrication shop in Buffalo, WY — which means custom flashings and trim of almost any size or shape, faster turnaround, and tighter quality control on every detail.
Beyond standard flashing, DLC installs standing seam metal roofing systems and has completed highly custom metal work — from curved copper-colored panels at Broker One in Casper to the uniquely shaped standing seam roofs at the Jentel Artist Retreat in Piney Creek, and the full-length 78-foot panels on the Casper Event Center's 79,000 sq ft MBCI standing seam system.

When the roof is a good candidate, coatings can provide significant additional service life at a lower cost and with less disruption than reroofing. DLC evaluates the existing system first because a coating should restore a viable roof—not simply cover up problems.

A metal roof retrofit transforms an aging metal roof into a new membrane roofing system without removing the existing roof panels. Flute-fill insulation, cover board or additional insulation, and a new TPO or PVC membrane create a watertight, insulated roof assembly while minimizing disruption to the building below.
