What is custom sheet metal fabrication?
Every roof edge, curb, penetration and wall tie-in is a little different, and those details are where most leaks start. Custom sheet metal flashing and trim is formed to match your building, instead of being cut down from stock pieces that almost fit.
We form flashing and trim of almost any size or shape on our own CNC equipment, so every piece is accurate and consistent from the first bend to the last. Because it’s made in-house, we can match the metal to your roof system and adjust details on the fly instead of waiting on a supplier.
Whether it’s edge metal and copings on a new build, or replacement flashing for a re-roof or retrofit, the metalwork gets the same attention as the membrane.
